I recently connected with Susie Snyder, LCSW to start a group of clinical supervision for clinical supervisors.
As you go along in your work over the years, ask yourself: is this still what I care about? Has it shifted? What am I currently doing that matters to me? Is what I’m doing reflecting my mission statement?
What’s your ultimate goal as a clinician? What do you care about most as you go about your daily life? What you care about may change regularly, or it may stay the same throughout your career.
