I’m from small-town Eastern Oregon, and have lived in Idaho, Utah, China, Japan, Mexico and (briefly!) Estonia.
I was raised with 9 siblings.
We all grew up mud-fighting, tractor-driving and farming in my dad’s potato fields.
I dropped out of grad school the first time around, then returned and completed my MSW in 2010 at Portland State.
I started supervising in 2015 and currently supervise about 35+ people in this practice.
I’ve worked at the Portland VA since 2009.
I love piano, writing, poetry, soccer, crossfit, embroidery, business (I also own Lloyd Collective), and indie-pop.
I specialize in Deliberate Practice (trained with Sentio), Coherence Therapy, Internal Family Systems and AEDP (trained with Tori Olds).
