Let’s Work Together
Grounded is community for clinical supervisors devoted to meaningful, purposeful human connection.
Grounded is a community for clinical supervisors who want supervision to make a difference. It’s a place to deepen our skills, bring our intentionality, and build genuine relationships with other supervisors, and, ultimately, with supervisees.
Our community meets monthly for a two-hour training and consultation gathering led by Ariana Lloyd, LCSW, LICSW. We review the topic of the month and explore a supervision skill using the deliberate practice framework Ariana learned through a year-long residency with Sentio University. We also, in confidentiality, consult about our work with supervisees, putting our heads together to brainstorm best practices for supervisee growth and development.
In Grounded, we make room for the human side of supervision: what it’s like to hold this role alongside our personal lives, our professional identities, and the current needs of the communities we serve.
Between meetings, Grounded members connect through our private Circle community, where we share resources, referrals, questions, opportunities, fun personal updates, and support.
Members of Grounded create a supervisor profile on this website, which helps clinicians throughout Oregon and Washington find supervisors whose experience, approach, and personality are a good fit for them.
Grounded membership is $99/month. Members who would like additional administrative support for their supervision practice can add virtual assistant support for $30/month.
If you’d like to be considered for Grounded, you’re welcome to book a 15-minute consultation with Ariana, or simply fill out the form below.
